WHAT WILL WE VISIT DURING THE TOUR?

The great thing about our Free Tour is that the guides really care about what
YOU want to see! That is why we structured our tours as complimentary and
if you choose to attend all of them, you will see the entire city. We cover all 6
districts: Dorsoduro, San Polo, Santa Croce, Cannaregio, Castello, San Marco
and Saint Mark’s square. We are the only free tours in Venice to do both: show
you main landmarks and take you off the beaten path.

HOW CAN A FREE TOUR BE
ONE OF THE BEST IN VENICE?

All our guides are bright personalities with an open heart, who love to meet
new people, have fun, and know all the ins and outs of the city. Our formally
educated guides approach what they do as a full-time job, working hard to
improve and learn more on a daily basis. What helps separate our tours from
the others is that, unlike our competitors, we do not collect commissions from
the places we recommend. This provides you with a truly personalized experience,
where you will probably run into us having aperitivo with our friends
after the tour!

We firmly believe that if money is given for a Tour, it should be voluntary and in
direct proportion to the quality of the tour and the budget of the traveller,
hoping that tourists believe in meritocracy.

Our guides appreciate your donations, but your applause means just as much,
and they’re happy to welcome you as their guests over and over again, as
each new Guide has a different story to tell about Venice.

"Sorry I do not remember the names :( ... They were very talkative and very into everything. I think they both really love the city, and they made me feel like this to. They knew much about History, which was very informative! Great guides!!!"

"We partook of the fantastic Venice Free Tour. Due to our timing during the low season, it ended up being just us and Sonia, the afore-mentioned super-guide. She quickly ascertained the limited scope of our wanderings.."
